They did say 73 GHz. 

Urban and venue small cells is where it would be useful... so places where 
there are capacity constraints.

Even with small cells you're not going to get much coverage inside of buildings 
at that high of a frequency. Maybe useful as supplemental spectrum. I'm 
assuming the 10Gbps is due in part to a very large channel size, which won't be 
available at lower frequencies.
