I was only up one of them. The ladder sucked. The tower seemed pretty
stout.

Safe to climb, um... guess it depends on how brave you feel :-) I
usually figure they have survived >100 years of 60+ MPH winds if they
are still standing in Ohio. As long as the steel looks reasonable and
the structural bracing looks good I will climb it at least part way.
That one looks a bit taller than most of the ones I see around here.
