PPPoE is super simple, as the shaping occurs on the PPPoE tunnel regardless of 
the IP addresses, hence the way to go.  In most cases, you simply send a framed 
route via radius, and that route goes into the routing table and is distributed 
into OSPF.  Then the CPE terminates the PPPoE connection, and you simply place 
that smaller subnet on the Ethernet port with no NAT etc.  That would be normal.
