I believe the BCM does have a battery test, maybe not as fancy. My reaction is 60W is kind of low, plus I can use 3 different sizes of TSP from 90 to 360W with the same BCM or alone as just a power supply or add the BCM later. And if it fails, I only have to replace the failed unit. And if the BCM fails, the site can run on just the TSP if I don’t have a spare. And there is a 48V version of the BCM. So it seems more flexible.
