You just need to get yourself a thick piece of steel pipe or conduit.
You can mount it to the railing with the M-TOWs.
The last one we did was with a couple of M-TOW-V clamps and a 4" OD
pipe. We used some sturdy u-bolts to attach the M-TOW to the rail and
then the pipe mounted inside the M-TOW.

M-TOW - various flavors to choose from. We own several facilities like
this (as we are an Ag business).

If it’s angle iron I like using beam clamps and conduit hangers.
Of course, this depends on the stuff you are mounting. Will dig
up some photos and send offsets. Have another e-mail to send you
