Has anything registered after 4/17 been approved? as far as I can tell, they're all still sitting pending... I don't think the FCC even knows what we're supposed to be doing at this point.
It does appear that they aren't granting anymore nationwide NN licenses - and I don't see any reason to think you could use existing 3.65 gear without one, so I suspect that only those of us with an existing license can deploy anything at this point... whether or not (or how) we're supposed to be registering anything new seems to be completely unclear.
