That's what we use.

The only issue I've had is the NTP server not working after a RouterOS update. 
I removed the ntp server package, reboot, reinstalled, no problem after that.

  There's an NTP package for routerOS.  You have to download the "all packages" 
zip file, upload the ntp package and reboot.  Then I think you find it under 
System -> NTP, or maybe IP -> NTP.

  I doubt it gets much easier.
