Anywhere NTP runs, you'll need it protected by firewall rules to prevent
abuse. If you do that then I don't see a problem running it on routers.

sometime Id like my network to be respectable so if a legitimate
operator ever were to look at it for some reason they dont spend 3
billable hours laughing.
