There's a full release of 2.4.3? all I see is the RC... I just tried 2.4.3-RC9... it taking about 7 seconds for me to get to the login - with 1.2.3 and 2.4.2 it appears to be somewhere around 9 seconds. So a bit better, but not a huge improvement.
