It definitely will work fine to just change the feedhorn - I have done it in the past. The rest of the dish is exactly the same (the subreflector is attached to the feedhorn). I doubt anywhere sells the feedhorn on it's own, but even if you have to buy a whole new dish, it's usually easier to swap the feedhorn than to drag a whole new dish up a tower.
