We hired a guy with tractors to dig tower anchor and base pits from Eagle
Pass.  He used two pieces of copper wire to find cables and pipes
underground.   He found old telephone lines abd stuff.   5 or 6 different
locations and we never hit or dug up anything hidden.   I have posted this
before.   Easy enough to prove or disprove at yoir location.
