We raised a ticket with Cambium about some 320SMs that we have that have Alvarion firmware on them. The "fix" they say is to have the Moto/Cambium firmware in the "non-PKG3" format, and then use the Web Page to upgrade the firmware that way.
However, Cambium tech support said they "don't have" that software, even though they must have had it to make the PKG file in the first place. Does someone have any 320SM firmware in non-PKG format?
