As it turns out, I had it right, it just didn't save it the first time I entered it.

This has been a major pet peeve (along with the incapability to apply templates upon discovery). Even the files loaded to the server are kept in a database, which means if I wanted a software version I cannot find online, I can't just pull it from the server. The best you can do, to my knowledge, is open up CNS and view the current config. If your client is offline, you can view the last updated config. But then you have to manually enter the values. I created a stock template for all of the technicians. I filled in the important info and then exported it to a text document. I am assuming you need a specific config for this one radio.
