I am not bothered by heat much. You dress properly and hydrate when working in extreme heat. Many believe wearing short sleeves is cooler. Wrong. I was on a lift most of day installing radios on three story barracks and when I took break just sat under a tree drinking water and Gatorade with cheese sticks I kept cool in my Pampered Chef cooler. 6 waters 4 Gatorades and cheese sticks.
