From a business perspective, absolutely. On the business and investor
side, this was a huge win for them.
From a user perspective, we always cheer for the underdog and hate it
when "big business" takes over. Kind of like the whole Comcast TWC
merger drama.

I'm very disappointed in this news. Their Umbrella platform is a great
product and was reasonably priced.
But isn't this the whole point of a lot of these things, become
popular so a large company will buy it?
