Technically, you can get away with this... However in terms of best practices, it is not advisable.... (in many cases, these vlans are going to get connected to other non-mikrotik devices, and as such they may or may not be able to distinguish between them..)
If you are going to do this, at the very least document the vlan id's to include the port #.
