Are you expecting them to replace a lightning damaged radio under warranty? Do an out-of-warranty repair?

An $80 radio is like a goldfish, you flush it. Unless it's a DOA that should be replaced for free.

I was more thinking that you were having trouble finding a new one in stock anywhere and didn't have a spare on the shelf. I would just buy a new one, and if Ubiquiti does replace your fried one, now you have a spare.

Personally, I'm more worried about the apparent inability to release the FW to unlock 5150-5250 and DFS on the NanoBeams and PowerBeams, both M series and AC, and am reluctant to throw good money after bad until this is resolved. Perhaps consternation over the hit on 5725-5850 range under new OOBE rules when you upgrade the FW.

They're less than 80 bucks new. Why do you need a used one?
