My best guess would be $10-15k for a lightweight tower.  For a REAL self 
support tower that can handle at minimum 10 sq ft of surface area, I wouldn't 
touch it for less than $20k.  That's with them applying for all permits.

 

In Indiana, ALL towers constructed after Jan 1, 2015 they must be TIA 222-rev G 
(engineered towers).
