Jesus H Christ, So I have to do this LLC-5.5 to establish an LLC in Illinois for 500 bucks, then LLC-45.5 to get permission to actually conduct business for another 500 bucks, and yearly 250 bucks LLC-50.1 report?
And this is just to have a bank account?
