[AFMUG] OT EK-Team German company

Stephan:   We are trying to download a driver for the EK-Team VIP500
engraver for a Win7 laptop.
Do you know this company?   They make engraving printers we use for making
labels on our terminal blocks.   My German is basic and mostly
conversational    I typed it as best I could in German and English.  I
don't like to assume but I am thinking they have folks fluent in English,
correct?
