Well, all of a sudden, a senator is questioning the veracity of the data.  I 
will admit we colored in as much of the map as we could without risking going 
to hell, but if you want service up a certain canyon on a certain pine tree, be 
hard to do.  Not impossible...

The sticky wicket is that the form essentially makes you say that under penalty 
of perjury the data is accurate...

As for the quality of the data, as I used to tell my people, they get what they 
pay for. As long as no errors were reported I couldn't have cared less what it 
showed.
