The police use a system that offloads using WiFi when the car gets back to the

I suppose I assume criminals are dumb.  Like the dealer techs that stole money

when they are parked overnight at the shop.  We had a break-in recently and the 
angle they came in made it hard to see any faces from our outside cameras.

I was thinking something carefully placed in the cargo are of the vans might be 
advantageous to getting a face shot.
