Paul,
        If it’s just 350 feet is it possible to just order a new fiber and run 
a new 4 strand fiber? The reason I ask is you can get a new, pre-made run for 
abut $400 shipped to you.  Thats ends, tested , and ready to go.  You are going 
to probably spend that much in labor and the such to splice it.
