Yes. I have a 450i on my bench. (Thank you cambium) They can be powered directly with a 24V Gigabit Injector supplied with 48VDC. I have every expectation that the synchronization will work as well from this device (since it does sync the same as the 450), but I have not yet gotten everything back together in the lab to verify (It arrived just at the wrong time - I'm in the process of rearranging my lab GPS distribution system and have had a lot of recent travel as well, so I just didn't get there).
I wouldn't recommend using the passthrough power functionality on the 450i without checking with me, as there are some current limits. In addition, don't exceed around 58V or so on the voltage input. Both of these will be fixed in a revision H2 of the gigabit injector (along with a label change) coming very soon now (just a pick and place machine change).
