Anyone seen anything from these folks. Looks like they are offering a partnership with Sprint to be able to lease spectrum from Sprint and operate in a virtualized LTE core to deploy broadband in rural areas. Watched this video <http://go.toutapp.com/5a5fc832e7d63930b3> solution videos and am still not sure what they are doing.
