But I'm pretty sure 430 is a different pinout than the other Cambiums
stuff, but I don't recall what it is off hand.

In addition, UBNT uses another pinout for airFiber - +(1,2)(4,5),-(7,8)(3,6)

I think SAF uses 802.3at, but I could be remembering that wrong.
