    When I was at TWC, they used all commercial software. They had a small 
software team, but they really didn't put out anything mission critical. All 
the serious software was commercial.

      Ford had a program for the Transit Connect at one point using RFID but I 
think it’s gone now.  RFID would be good for tools.
