[AFMUG] Mikrotik R11e-5HacD 802.11ac minipci card Tx power

The datasheet only lists Tx power at MCS7, claimed 23dBm.

At 256QAM 3/4 or 5/6 and 2x2 MIMO (assuming a dual polarity PTP link), what
is this thing's real Tx power?

I'm guessing 17 or 18?
