They have added new markets since acquiring BOB, so most likely this is on 
tar-get... though if they're talking about households, maybe the first B needs 
to change?

Its probably part of the Business Only Broadband arm of Windstream. So they are 
using the same stuff we all are, except they under build their microwave 
backbone to compensate for rain fade issues....
