The frequency choices are interesting -- unless there is an error in the PCN it 
would appear they are transmitting and receiving on the same frequency at each 
end of the link. Some form of licensed TDD? That will really mess with other 
licensed users on those sites. And the stability number is phenomenal -- 1000x 
better than a typical licensed radio?
