The FCC should change the rules for broadcasters to some unobtainable out of band emissions limits since it's possible that they are the cause of this.
Of course it's going to result in the broadcasters having to reduce their power so low that you have to be within a mile or two of their tower, but public safety comes before those pesky broadcasters, right?
