Hi SmarterBroadband, Today ePMP does not provide a "count" for how many times the ethernet link has gone up and down.
We do provide a trap every time an up or a down event happens via RFC1213. I keep getting a ether1 link down and then link up in my Tik log (which causes an OSPF neighbor state change), but both radio and tik show no Ethernet errors so I cannot see if it is a port issue at one end.
