[AFMUG] Af24, Bad transmitter or receiver

I have an AF24 link where one end suddenly lost 15db of rx signal. We 
have checked alignment on both ends, and alignment is good, so I'm 
thinking a hardware problem.  Would it be more likely that the the 
Transmitter is bad, or the Receiver went deaf?  I'm trying to decide 
which end to try replacing first.  Signal level in the opposite 
direction had no change.
