430 splits the power polarity on 4-5 as well as 7-8.
It was built for the 430 product line and has LEDs showing power is presence.

GigE puts power on whichever pair you want in whichever polarity you want but power pairs are electrically bonded (4/5) (1/2) (3/6) (7/8)

You cannot use a GigE to power a 430 radio. It will power almost every other kind of radio.

What is difference between 430APC-HV and GigE-APC-HV?  I have a 56
volt licensed link with a gigabit ethernet port going through the
430APC-HV without issue. I guess I should be using the GigE instead?
