Yeah they are WGS84, but I don't think that's the issue. The KML file
contains latitude and longitude lines for the boundaries of the image.
Manifold wants a center coordinate (which is easy to figure out), but
then there's an optional local offset and scale correction...I'm pretty
sure that's the step I've forgotten how to do.
No big deal.....I'm sure I'll figure it out again.

Anybody here importing Radio Mobile projections into Manifold GIS?
There's a way to assign a projection to the image and use the
coordinates from the KML file to align it correctly with your
map. I
know I've done this before, and for some reason I can't figure
out what
I did.
I can get it pretty darn close with control points, so it's not
critical. It's just bugging me that I can't remember how I
did it before.
