They're just SC-SC couplers. Should work fine.

I think you are making this a lot more difficult than it needs to be for your
self.
You have a few options:-
For low port density, you can get a 1u keystone panel and add single fiber
SC-SC keystone jacks to make your install nice and neat.
Plug your incoming cables to the back side of the keystone plug, and use a
standard SC-LC patch cable on the front.

Thats conclusion I have come too. Been search ebay trying to find
something like that with no luck. Do you know where to find something
like that?

I use some SC SFPs, but they are bidi-only. There isn't enough room in
that
form factor for two SC ports. You'll probably just need to get a rack
mount
panel with SC/SC couplers and then use short SC/LC patch cables.

Is there an SFP module for Mikrotik that has dual SC connectors for
our PTP fibers?
Probably not so is there a short LC to SC adapter pigtail that mounts
in something like a 1u panel? LC plugs into 1u panel and short
pigtail LC connectors that plug is SFP module in Mikrotik.
Just to make it neat and reliable in our rack space.
Right now we are using these Antaira media converters in a rack mount
but it gives us no diagnostics besides looking at the lights and thats
even difficult when 100 miles away. Think an SFP plugged right in
Mikrotik CCR would tell us more.
