I have two Tripp Lite 3kVA UPSs in the rack in our office with the
SNMPWEBCARDs installed. They have been working fine for nearly two years
straight. The newer one's card has the later firmware with the stupid
java interface and I want to smash it. Other than that, no issues, no
lockups.

We have several of Tripplite's PDUMH15ATNET.
Pros:Rack mount, Primary and Secondary power inputs , automatic
switchover, Net monitoring and control of loads.
Cons: The network monitoring card's reliability has been less than
stellar, just sayin'

I know of APC and Digital Loggers. Just interested to know if
anyone recommends anything else.

DC for life, yo.
I've tried a couple of Web Power Switches. They seem to be OK. Not
the best in terms of UI but it worked for me. Other people reported
some issues with them failing.
What are you trying to power?
