Yea ... Unless I move, I am prohibited from doing WISP stuff.

I did have a Colorado WISP trying to sell but that state is to small. It is Ali
within Jab's reach.

You should look again, but something tells me you aren't in the market. There
have been many improvements to several of the platforms.

If anyone's interested, I'd be happy to set them up with a fully operational

I suspect it's because there is yet to be a good solution. Their either way
over priced like visp and powercode, or you need to be or hire an expert with
Linux and/or security for billmax and platypus.

I'd like to find something low cost and turnkey that is simple and easy to use
for both my techs and customers...and that works and is out of beta.

Thank you,

What is everyone using for billing and ticketing? We are using in
house built database/ticketing and standard accounting package for
billing. Works ok but would like something that saves time by
bringing everything together. What are typical per user costs for a
system?

part of yourself you have already failed as part of the team.
