Their entitlement portal does a good job of what it does, it just needs to do more.
Of course the current method of purchasing entitlements is a pain, they should let you buy them online and deposit them directly to your entitlement account, where you would be able to see what you have purchased, what you have activated, and what you have available to activate. Currently you order from a VAR, wait a couple days, get an email, copy the entitlements from the email to a text or Excel file, then copy to the entitlement portal to activate. Unless you lose the email or lose track of what you have used, and order new ones. Like the people who never use those rebates that come via gift cards. Very frustrating when you need to get a key ASAP, like on a weekend when you need an uncapped SM or want to add subscriber #11 to an AP that you forgot was a Lite AP.
