I haven't checked any other states yet, but GCI shows up as providing service to most (if not all, haven't checked) of the state of Missouri?
If you look, they claim 0Mbps down and 0Mbps up, but claim "business service" with a tech code that means "satellite". AFAIK, GCI does not own any satellites. How the hell are they able to claim service in Missouri? Is there some way this might allow them to receive funding to provide service in these areas? WTF? Thanks
