The most cost effective AC to 48VDC power supply for a temporary solution is
probably something you can use again in the future, or that you use
elsewhere in your network so it can serve as a spare.
Mean Well makes some compact 100 watt DIN rail mount supplies that a lot of
WISPs use, it lets them dedicate a power supply for each licensed radio at
AC sites.
I tend to use HRP-300-48 at sites where I need to run several 48V devices,
so I usually have some of those around. They are very reliable and not
hideously expensive.
Not sure how many watts that switch needs.

We just deployed one of these. We plan to convert the whole site to DC but
we're not there yet. To get things rolling we just used a 48v power supply
we had laying around. I'm not 100% sure if it was an old Dragonwave ps or
not. Bayan would have more details.
