It get blurry - by oldschool satellite industry standards anything smaller
than 7.3 meters was "small"...  The main part being that a VSAT terminal is
usually on the far end of a singlehomedconnection. If you use a 3.8 meter
at a teleport as the hub of a hub and spoke TDMA or SCPC/MCPC setup it's
different.
