Set the disconnected module's serial number to zero and rescan the
expansion bus or reboot the base.

Now my question is how do I remove a not used SyncInjector from the
expansion unit list in a Site Monitor II? It shows disconnected but I
don�t plan to ever plug it in again its at a different site. The new
SyncInjector is showing up fine right under it in the list.
