[AFMUG] Tower Clamp Kit

I am trying to find a clamp kit that attaches a vertical pipe to a
horizontal pipe of up to 3.5 inches in diameter. I know I have seen them
but cannot find anything. It's for a stand off brace. Anyone know of
anything like that?
