I think there is some terms of use on what they look at with the new OS that might cause you to violate NDA's you may have executed. If they are pursuing through files and such to give you that better experience. Just a thought worth noting.

I think there is a physical switch in the RJ45 port that enables/disables the port and windows10 gets reallllly confused.
