As a residential customer, I've never bought guaranteed bandwidth. In fact,
one day when I called to complain about the 6Mbps I was able to get OFF
PEAK on my 50Mbps cable plan with TWC a few years back, they said they
wouldn't even dispatch a tech as long as I could get above 4Mbps. :(
