When we set up a remote POP with one of those NEMA4 enclosures, I just
use a elbow piece of conduit and bring all the cables in in one bundle.
You can get about 10 cat5 cables through a 1", more as you go up. Like this:

Then a piece of rag wrapped around the bundle and stuffed into the end
keeps the bugs out.
