The gigabit injectors have bonded pair jumpers for PoE polarity selection, so obviously you couldn't use them with 320 or 430 since they're split-pair power, but nobody cares about those anymore.

So anyway, you'd just remove the jumpers for the 1&2 and 3&6 pairs. Set your polarity with the 4&5 and 7&8 jumpers.

I'd like to replace our 100 mbit unit on the tower with gigabit due to limited box space. My concern is that it won't work with ePMP and Ubnt radios, though. If I simply do two pins for voltage, 1 + and 1 -, will that work as expected?

Has anyone done this in the field for a duration by chance???
