LOL, The little insurance lawyer on my shoulder said "what if someone
stands on it?".
I have a feeling that if it's rugged enough for falling ice, it's rugged
enough to stand on. I also have a feeling that if it's clearly not sold
as a work platform then it doesn't matter.
My feelings don't qualify as laws or engineering though.

I assume its solid, but how much upward force before it hinges up in
wind (fails) I assume that much wind and the entire structure is on
the ground already.
