I have a Superior Essex armored 25pr OSP at a tower. About 160 feet with
patch panels top and bottom. Two GigE and four 100Mbps radios running on
it without an issue. Been there for over 10 years. Would not do it
again. Individual cables is easier.

down block then shielded from punch down to panel and panel to
